Sheep Breeders Round Table - Logo Redesign

I was approached to do a logo redesign for the Sheep Breeders Round Table committee. The Sheep Breeders Round Table is a biennial technical conference for sheep breeders, farmers, academics, consultants, and industry representatives. The goal was to create a logo that reflected the same unity, whilst not being too specific to any particular breed.

After working closely alongside the client, these were the final results.

Below are some of the previous developments. As you can see we settled on some sheep that were more suitable, a ram and a ewe to show more diversity and slightly happier looking sheep with ears facing forward. I attempted to apply colour to the variants but I decided that if a logo works in one colour then that works best.
